Woohoo, Christmas is within a week time. No matter how you look at it, Christmas is a highly social festival. People meet with each other and spend some happy quality time together. During that time, will you be shining like a star?

How would you like to have acne free skin before Christmas? If your answer is "yes" then I have good news for you. In this blog, I will show you the quickest way to get rid of acne before Christmas, which is just 7 days away from us, at this time of writing.

1. Drink more water.

Most of us just don't drink enough water. Water is very essential for your health and skin. By supplying your body with sufficient amount of water, your skin will become more supple and healthy. 2. Avoid too much stress.

It's also due to the fact that vegetables and fruits contain high amounts of vitamins and minerals as well as other nutrients such as fibers that our body needs to maintain its general health. As stated previously, having a healthy body = no acne, at least most of the time.

4. Sleep

Alright, getting sufficient amount of sleep might not make any sense to you when it comes to getting rid of acne and being acne free. But consider this:

- Getting more sleep enables your body to repair the damaged cells quicker.
- Lack of sleep causes chaotic hormone secretion and a deterioration in your immune system.
- It's important for your skin as the it takes most of the damage from the sun rays and other polluting substances in your daily life.

I have also seen a significant improvement over my acne a few years ago. It has always been the case that when I get enough sleep, my skin is clear and radiant, but totally the other way around when I am lacking some sleep.
